Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe’d spend 10-15 on land working on paddling techniques, reading waves, board positioning, etc. Then, you’ll catch your first white water waves with me pushing you.
Lesson 2-3We’d build on the first lesson and work to get you catching your own white water waves.
Lesson 4-10We’d work on dropping in on unbroken waves, turning and etiquette.
