That lesson with Kerry was quite good, honestly. The focus on improving my technique really hit the mark, and I felt more confident on the board afterward. Though I still need to work on timing, the relaxed attitude Kerry maintains made the lesson feel natural. I particularly appreciated the guidance on paddling and positioning, which really helped me to catch waves more consistently. Still, I’m hopeful that with a few more lessons, I’ll make even better progress. If you’re into steady, no-pressure learning, I’d suggest giving Kerry a try.
