Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGo through the basics of throwing and catching, then move into the basics of hitting (tee work).
Lesson 11+Keep increasing the intensity with fielding and hitting, focusing on the positions they would like to play. Work on balls off the bat and full pitching for hitting.
Lesson 4-10Introduce fielding and throws to base length. With hitting, do more front toss and include faster pitching.
Lesson 2-3Based on their performance in the first lesson, work more on catching and throwing and work in distance. In regards to hitting, do some front toss.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTalk about the position they play and what they would like to improve in regard to their positions and or hitting.
Lesson 2-3Based on their skills, we would create a plan of what drills need to be done to get to their ultimate goal.
