Coach Brown is a great guy that's great with the kids he coaches! He has some awesome drills that he uses to get the athletes prepared for the next level, whatever that next level might be. He works with my daughter and I will definitely recommend for him to work with your's.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson for beginners, we’ll focus on an introduction to hitting, with most of the session dedicated to the four key components: grip, stance, load, and swing. We'll concentrate on understanding and practicing the mechanics needed for each element.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced athletes with a solid understanding of the key components of hitting, the first lesson begins with observation and diagnosis. From there, we move into targeted drills and swing reps designed to address specific areas for improvement.

Youth players
Working with kidsIn the first lesson, I focus on getting to know the athlete and understanding their softball background to assess their knowledge baseline. We then go through the four key elements of hitting: grip, stance, load, and swing. Lastly, I'll throw some front toss to the hitter to get some reps on video. Afterward, I review the lesson video and use recall to develop a tailored training plan for the next session.
