Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson with a beginner is getting the student used to throwing the ball and fielding a very slow roller. As well as finding out if the student will hit left or right.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ we would proceed with fielding and batting as well as knowing where to make plays when runners are on base.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 build on skills with faster ground balls, some soft toss and side toss and basic base running skill.
Lesson 2-32-3 lesson we would work more on the weak point of the students game, start some T work.
What you need to bringAll you need is your own equipment, bat, glove, helmet, facemask (optional) and cleats
