Haylie has been playing softball since the age of 4, dedicating herself to the sport throughout her entire life, until her senior year of high school. Primarily a first baseman and catcher, she also gained valuable experience playing various positions as needed by her team. A hardworking and passionate individual, Haylie loves teaching the sport to kids, and has worked one-on-one with players to teach catching drills. In addition to her hands-on coaching, she has also led kids' softball camps, sharing her knowledge and love for the game with the next generation of athletes.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will get to know each other and I would want u to show me what you know. So I can see what we can go over.
Lesson 11+From the remaining lesson again I expect you to understand what I am getting at with the drill and to use it in your team practices/games.
Lesson 4-10From the 4th-10th lesson I expect my student to be picking up a lot of tips and drills.
Lesson 2-3From the 2nd and 3rd lesson I expect my student to be comfortable with me by asking me any forms of questions.
Advanced training plan
Youth players
Working with kidsWith working with kids I would make the environment a safe and comfortable environment for them. I would have fun little games that will get the point I am teaching them across to them.
Working with teenagersWith teenager , I want to make them feel comfortable, safe and confident in their skills. I would still make it enjoyable with them, but also prepare them for as they get older of what people want to see.
What you need to bringDepending on what we are learning. You would need your glove and any gear that will be appropriate for the lesson.
