Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson I like to see what they already know and also get to know them to create a more comfortable experience for the both of us also work on some basics if needed.
Lesson 11+we will continue to work on what is needed and keep following up on things we have worked on
Lesson 4-10forth to tenth lesson will be working on drills and front toss. Each player is different so it will be determined.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson will be focused on form and getting that correct and comfortable
What you need to bringyou will need to bring ur bag with all ur equipment in it along with some water to stay hydrated.
