Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWill evaluate what stage each player is at and develop lesson plan from there. First timers/ 2-4years of experience will be on the same fundamental plan
Lesson 11+A continuation of softball fundamentals while learning what it takes to maintain a high softball IQ.
Lesson 4-10Will continue to develop the fundamentals of softball while also working towards a strong softball IQ mentality.
Lesson 2-3Will continue to work and development the fundamentals of softball (proper throwing/ hitting mechanics)
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringWater bottle, snack, glove, ENERGY!
