Your first lessonA lot of repetition with the ball working on a specific skill weather that is dribbling or passing & receiving making sure you get a lot of touches and repetition.
Lesson 11+Continue to build on fundamentals and then sharpen up the weaknesses and also continue to build the strengths. Giving more and more detail each time you train with me.
Lesson 4-10Continue to build on the foundation and start to develop more skills and confidence with the ball and adding some more complex skills.
Lesson 2-3Continue to build on the first lesson and start to implement and develop more.

Your first lessonWarm-up: dynamic mobility + ball work under time constraint
Skill test: first touch, passing accuracy, shooting, agility
Small-sided pressure drills (2-touch limit)
Lesson 11+Full skill retest (compare to Lesson 1)
Competitive 1v1 or 3v3 game simulation
Mental toughness drills (fatigue → performance tasks)

Lesson 4-10Focus: Game situations, transitions, attacking patterns, and tactical awareness.
1v1 under pressure (attacking & defending)
Quick direction changes (double scissors, feints, body rolls)
Shielding and ball protection under contact
