Your first lessonI get them familiar with the ball, by generally seeing how they could interact with the ball. I look for passion and determination in my student
Lesson 11+We do some shooting drills, tactical knowledge discussions and how to approach and controls ball. We would do some workout too before practices
Lesson 4-10We tend to run with ball and get comfortable with it.
Lesson 2-3We pass the ball to one another, simple passes and at the same time do some light warm up.
