Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI’ll assess the player’s current skill level and goals. We’ll work on basic ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, and movement while keeping the session fun and comfortable.
Training 2-3We’ll build on the fundamentals with more focused drills for dribbling, first touch, passing, shooting, coordination, and footwork. Each session will target areas where the player needs the most improvement.
Training 4-10Training becomes more challenging with game like situations, speed and agility work, advanced ball control, finishing, positioning, and decision making. The goal is to build confidence and help the player use their skills naturally during games
Training 11+We’ll continue developing the player based on their individual strengths and weaknesses. Sessions will focus on advanced technique, game awareness, fitness, consistency, and position specific training to help them reach the next level.
What you need to bringSoccer cleats or athletic shoes, shin guards, comfortable athletic clothing, and water. If you have your own soccer ball, feel free to bring it.
What I can bringSoccer balls, cones, agility equipment, training bibs, and other training equipment needed for the lesson.
