Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will get to know the beginner and try to identify his strength and weaknesses. I will get him started with learning how to pass and how to dribble in the correct way and throw in some fun games to start everything off.
Lesson 11+We will continue to build off every lesson and increase the difficulty of the lessons I am giving based on the players improvements
Lesson 4-10At this point in our lessons, I will start to increase the difficulty of what I am teaching the player. We will have worked on the basics and gone through lots of practice, repeating the right habits in order for the player to continue doing them.
Lesson 2-3After I get to know the player, I will build lessons off where the beginner to benefit most on. I will try to throw in challenges at different instances to see where he’s at, but keep a supportive and positive environment and as practicing the right way is the most important
