1. Basic Ball Control Lesson
Objective: Learn to control and move the ball confidently.
Drills:
• Toe Taps: Tap the top of the ball with alternating feet for 30 seconds.
• Inside Touches: Roll the ball lightly side to side using the inside of your feet.
• Dribble in a Box: Dribble in a 5x5m area, keeping the ball close.
Coaching Tips: Keep your head up while dribbling; use both feet.
4. Basic Defending Lesson
Objective: Learn how to position and tackle safely.
Drills:
• Shadow Defending: Mirror a partner’s movements without touching the ball.
• 1v1 Defending: Try to stop your partner from dribbling past you.
• Jockeying Drill: Stay on your toes, angled toward the ball carrier.
Coaching Tips: Don’t dive in; stay low, balanced, and patient.

3. Shooting and Finishing Lesson
Objective: Learn proper striking technique.
Drills:
• Stationary Shots: Practice shooting from a standing ball.
• Rolling Ball Shots: Dribble and shoot using the laces (top of foot).
• Target Practice: Aim for small targets (cones or corners of the goal).
Coaching Tips: Keep your head over the ball, use your laces, and follow through toward goal.
2. Passing and Receiving Lesson
Objective: Improve accuracy and first touch.
Drills:
• Wall Passes: Pass against a wall and trap the return with your inside foot.
• Partner Passing: Pass back and forth with a partner from 5–10m away.
• Pass and Move: After each pass, move to a new position before receiving again.
Coaching Tips: Use the inside of the foot, follow through toward your target, and cushion the ball on reception.
