Beginner training plan
Your first trainingIn our first lesson, we will get to know each other, assess your current skill level, and discuss your personal goals. We will start with the absolute basics in a relaxed, comfortable environment so you can build immediate confidence.
Training 2-3In lessons 2 and 3, we will dive into the core fundamentals and foundational techniques. You will learn the essential rules/mechanics and start practicing simple, practical exercises to build muscle memory and familiarity.
Training 4-10During lessons 4 to 10, we will focus on consistency and expanding your skills. We will work on intermediate concepts, correct common beginner mistakes, and apply what you've learned to short projects, conversations, or real-world scenarios.
Training 11+From lesson 11 onwards, the training becomes highly customized to your specific interests and weak points. We will shift towards fostering your independence, tackling advanced topics, and helping you transition from a beginner to an intermediate level.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingIn the first lesson with an advanced player, we conduct a high-intensity technical and tactical assessment. We focus on ball mastery under pressure, body orientation, and transition speed to identify specific areas for refinement and set elite-level performance goals.
