Lesson 11+For sessions going forward, training becomes performance-driven, focusing on refining passing, receiving, dribbling, and shooting under game-speed pressure. Lesson 4-10Across the next six one-on-one sessions, players progress from improving ball mastery and dribbling control to executing passing, receiving, and shooting with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence. Training emphasizes change of direction, attacking movement, finishing on the move, and linking skills together under increasing pressure, ensuring technical consistency, better decision-making, and effective execution in realistic game situations.
