Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA beginner lesson will cover the basics of the sport such as ball control, ball movement, ball passing and finishing
Lesson 4-10Expect a more detailed drill such as changing speed of direction or much more precise dribbling
Lesson 2-3A more advanced approach will help you understand the game better. We push the intensity of the first drills and try out new more advanced techniques.
