Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is all about having fun and building confidence! I get to know the child and their level, then introduce simple skills like dribbling, stopping the ball, and basic coordination. Everything is done through fun games so they feel comfortable and excited to learn.
Lesson 11+Training becomes more personalized based on each child’s progress. We focus on improving skills, decision-making, and confidence in game situations. Sessions include fun, game-like drills to help them play smarter and enjoy soccer even more.
Lesson 4-10Players will continue building skills while starting to understand the game better. We’ll work on passing, movement, and simple attacking and defending through small-sided games. Sessions stay fun but become a little more structured to help them grow.
Lesson 2-3Kids will start improving their ball control and confidence. We’ll practice dribbling, passing, and using both feet through fun challenges and games. The goal is to help them feel more comfortable with the ball while enjoying every session.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session focuses on evaluating the player’s technical level, position, and overall game understanding. I assess strengths and areas for improvement through drills and small game situations. We also discuss goals to create a clear development plan.
