Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst work on the basics. Settling and trapping. Focus on foot placement when passing in striking the ball.
Lesson 11+Work on everything that we have learned and try to see how we execute better overtime and then start doing more advanced technical work.
Lesson 4-10Work on different types of moves and also working on when finishing placing in the corners.
Lesson 2-3Working on the same things as lesson one, but at a faster pace.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWork on basic skills and also work on moves and see where the player is at.
Lesson 11+Do everything we have done and more but at a faster pace and bringing some former players to see where you stand.
Lesson 4-10Work on explosive movements and also work on basics again and getting down perfectly.
Lesson 2-3Work on juggling skills and also work on speed training.
Youth players
Working with kidsWork on the basis of striking ball and also work on basic skills of trapping, settling and work a little bit on moves and make it fun.
