Lesson 11+Aerial control with a first touch finish into 4 different targets. Decision making drills that have 2-4 seconds to find a specific target.
Lesson 4-10Decision making technical skills are implemented using 2-4 targets to improve accuracy and speed of play.
Lesson 2-3Tailored and specific technical drills based on player needs depending on what position they play.
Advanced training plan
Your first lesson5 different technical drills with multi-directional first touches.
Lesson 11+Decision making capabilities are enhanced using smaller targets further away.
