Training 11+Themed sessions that look to focus on specific parts of the players game and development. Examples: first touch, creating space, beating players 1v1, finishing, playing with both feet, heading, etc.

Your first trainingUnderstand the players level to understand what they want, and build a program that strengthens their foundation and grows their skill set
Training 2-3Themed sessions that build upon the areas of growth. Improve technical, tactical, and speed of play through training with the simple to complex model used to challenge the player
