Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe basics! I will approach the basics and those are the foundations for soccer. Typically this type of work will be tedious and distracting but the most important part!
Lesson 11+Improving on more technique. You have now learned the basics and we have applied them to bigger games and activities. Now is the time to expand and perfect your technique.
Lesson 4-10Start putting things together and apply the skills you have learned to bigger games or activities and tweak and grow from there.
Lesson 2-3You can expect to start to be comfortable on the ball at your feet and to start gaining knowledge to really improve out side the lessons.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI ask you what you think you want to improve upon and design drills and games that I think will help you get to where you want. It is all what you want to work on based.
