Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWarm ups and gauging your skill level. From there I will teach you the basics and the form you use. This will be passing and dribbling and, time willing, shooting.
Lesson 11+This will be a gradual improvement of skills and comfort with the ball. More competitive drills and gameplay
Lesson 4-10These training sessions will be finessing your technique and teaching some new skills to improve your gameplay.
Lesson 2-3These lessons will be used to reinforce the basic skills taught in the initial training. It will be building comfort with dribbling and passing, picking up speed while keeping the ball at your feet.
