Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is focused on getting to know the player and understanding their current level.
I observe basic movement, coordination, and ball interaction to identify strengths and areas for improvement, while creating a comfortable and supportive training environment.
Lesson 11+From session 11 onward, training is tailored to the player’s specific needs and goals.
Sessions focus on refining technical skills, increasing consistency under pressure, and applying technique in more dynamic, game-like situations to support long-term development.
Lesson 4-10Training becomes more progressive and structured.
We work on improving technical execution under light pressure, ball control while moving, and applying skills in simple game-like situations to build a strong technical foundation.
Lesson 2-3Sessions focus on reinforcing fundamentals such as first touch, passing technique, and basic ball mastery.
Drills become slightly more challenging, helping the player gain confidence and consistency with the ball.
