Lesson 11+Using everything we learned in previous lessons to build confidence and prepare for different game like scenarios.
Lesson 4-10Shooting and passing. Using proper technique to strike a ball for both passing and shooting.
Lesson 2-3Types of dribbling. Using more advanced skills to beat defenders in 1 on 1 scenarios.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGetting lots of touches on the ball to keep confidence and control high. Such as using different skills, change of direction, change of pace, and checking over shoulder to build good habits.
Lesson 11+In game scenario drills that is based on your position. Whether it is center backs, outside backs, defensive midfielders, attacking mids, striker, or wingers.
Lesson 4-10Using what we learned in earlier lessons to implement more on and off ball fitness to help prepare for more realistic game scenarios.
Lesson 2-3A lot of repetition lessons to be come sharp and prepared later on for when fitness comes into play when you have to dribble, pass, shoot, and cross.

Working with kidsWhen working with kids, I try to be as encouraging as possible so that they keep their confidence and spirits high even when a skill may seem difficult. I strive to make sure that they work on the basics with fun and engaging lessons.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, I try to make it as challenging and competitive as possible. I use what happens in a game or practice to prepare them mentally and physically for when those scenarios occur. Just as I would with kids I strive to make sure they are as confident and high spirted even when a drill is difficult.
