Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first lesson for me is more about getting to know the person, their desire to pursue soccer and why/what they want to get better at.
Training 2-3We'll go more in depth in the skills they want to develop.
Training 4-10I'll start to increase the intensity a bit based on their needs
Training 11+This is the max development stage, a routine is set and I'll send them a cutosmized training plan to continue practicing even after they finish with me
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingAsk them what they need to work on and why. Have them send me footage of what they wanna improve via email.
Training 2-3We go straight to work and start refining their skills
Training 4-10We continue working, I'll start sending personalized tips to improve aspects of your game and personalized training plan
Training 11+Mastering the art of how to analyze the game themselves so they can continue to develop even without me and on their own. Help the develop habits on and off the field that'll help their game
