Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will focus on whatever needs to be improved. Parents players may ask the coach.
Lesson 11+Players should see and be able to analyze how they can continue to grow. As a player grows there is more to incorporate. Most important for me is to see what each player does with the ball at their feet. The rest will come and be analyzed for further improvements.
Lesson 4-10Every player will improve technical ability. Mental aspects of the game. Decision making. Soccer is complex only the best make it look simple. The goal is to improve in many aspects.
Lesson 2-3If there are big groups or personal training the training will vary. It all depends on each player.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTeach complex moves away from robotic soccer of tactics.
Lesson 11+Give every their own style allowing the creativity of skill to improve the necessary to each position. How to work as a team and individually. Being able to make bold decisions.
Lesson 4-10Be aware of what can be done to stand out away from competition
Lesson 2-3Improve moves that can be used in each position.
Youth players
Working with kidsThe training varies on the age and skill level. Also what the parents and players want. Suggestions and plans are done before training.
Working with teenagersThe same goes for teenagers, the discipline increases. They are no longer 6 or 8. Training is more demanding and many things change.
What you need to bringSoccer cleats and running shoes. Water or sports
drinks. Sweater if it's cold.
