Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart off with relationships building and get an understanding of what you know. Based off that I’ll evaluate the next sessions. However, typically I start off with dribbling.
Lesson 11+A beginner should understand the fundamentals of the game. Some qualities that will be developed are discipline, communication, creativity, Soccer/Futbol IQ, fitness, and love for the game . Also, will know how to properly warm up before and after sessions.
Lesson 4-10Same as previous lessons but increase intensity. Talk a little bit about positioning and making runs.
Lesson 2-3Working on understanding the fundamentals of dribbling,passing, and shooting .
What you need to bringJust bring water, cleats and yourself.
What I can bringI can bring equipment which includes cones,balls, poles, resistance bands, and rebounder.
