Various ball control drills (repetition is key)
Learning to move ball in zig zag form, learning to maintain proper distance of the ball while simple dribble, jog, and run
Training Session 4-10Reinforce lessons 2 and 3 in unison
Start on passing drills, through passes, fast and proficient passing
Passing on 2v1, 2v2, 3v2 and so on
Strategize under pressure and learn to move through the field in unison
Run the dynamics of the field and each position as it flows with it’s sense of urgency and importance of movement
Training Session 11+Work on long shots, penalty shots, corner kicks, goal kicks and aggressive movements
Train in ball security and recover
Reach the importance of scanning with and without ball as well as standing in one place and moving
Work on appropriate throws into the field and how to view the field while scanning
