Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSkills assessment - Dribbling, passing, volleys, and light fitness.
Lesson 2-3Based on skill level and previous assessment, a plan to improve on dribbling, passing, volleys, and 1-2 touch passes will be the objective.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will start with a skills assessment. Based on where the player/parents want to achieve for a high school or collegiate level, I will create a training plan/schedule to meet their needs.
Youth players
Working with kidsI will first start with assessing their skill level in passing, dribbling, and volleys. Then I would create a plan for them based on their needs.
Working with teenagersI would start with assessing their skill level. Then ask player parents what level of soccer they hope to attain. Based on their response, I will develop a plan and schedule to try and get them to that level.
