Your first lessonGoal: Get to know the player, assess physical and technical level, build trust.
Warm-up (10-15 min):
Light jogging + dynamic stretching
Introduction and motivation talk (5 min):
Briefly introduce yourself, ask about player’s goals and expectations
Basic technical assessment (20 min):
Passing and ball control drills
Simple shooting and catching (for goalkeepers: reflex and positioning basics)
Mental/game awareness observation (10 min):
Decision-making and reaction time on the field
Cool down and feedback (5-10 min):
Light stretching + discuss the session and motivate
Lesson 11+At the end of each session, I always ask the player for feedback.
I keep motivation high by emphasizing their positive progress.
I track their improvements and plan the next sessions accordingly.

Small-sided game or 1v1 situations
