During the first lesson, I will evaluate the player’s current skill level, experience, and personal goals. This assessment helps determine the most effective training approach. We will focus on foundational skills such as basic ball control, dribbling, coordination, and proper technique to build confidence and establish a strong base for future development.
In the remaining lessons, training becomes highly personalized based on the player’s progress and goals. Sessions may focus on position-specific skills, speed and agility, tactical awareness, and performance under pressure. The objective is to refine technique, build consistency, and prepare the player to perform effectively in competitive game situations.
From the fourth through the tenth lesson, players can expect a progressive increase in difficulty and intensity. Training will include advanced ball control, dribbling under pressure, shooting fundamentals, defensive basics, and small-sided drills that simulate real match scenarios. Emphasis will also be placed on decision-making, confidence, and overall game understanding.
In lessons two and three, we will build on the fundamentals introduced in the first session. The focus will be on improving passing accuracy, receiving the ball with control, body positioning, and movement off the ball. Players will begin practicing simple game-like situations to develop awareness and consistency.
