About your soccer coach
Hello, I am Paul whipple. For the past 4 years I have coached 5th and 6th grade soccer for my school. I also have played soccer for 10 years. My coaching style is a mix of laid back but intensive when it comes to learning new skills. In the first lesson, I would begin by learning what level the student is at and building from their through practice and studying professional games. I am especially good at teaching fundamental skills aswell as more advanced concepts in the game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson I would get accustomed to the student and their skill level, from there I would learn what position they prefer and what position they would be good playing and prepare next steps for growth.
Lesson 11+We would perfect fundamentals and improve decision making and tactics through game-like drills.
Lesson 4-10We would improve fundamentals through more riforous drills but mainly focus on decision making and tactics.
Lesson 2-3We would begin working on improving fundamentals and specializations for their positions (ie agility for wingers and strength on the ball for defenders)
Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt by becoming more patient aswell as having alot more leniency when they are tired. Much more waterbreaks and more touches on the ball instead of speed and agility training.
Working with teenagersI would treat them how I was coached as a teenager and develop skills through rigorous game-like drills aswell as work on development through trials.
