About your soccer coach
I played Division II college soccer for five seasons, where I developed leadership, teamwork, communication, and discipline through high-level competition. My experience strengthened my passion for the game and inspired me to become a coach. I want to help young athletes grow their skills, build confidence, and develop a strong work ethic. My first ecer 2 coaches in Germany were my age currenlty and I looked up to them. If I can be to them what they were to me, thats all I would want.

Beginner training plan
Your first trainingGet a feel of the players skill level and abilities. Talk about goals and aspirations. Can be anything from just wanting more exercise to wanting to have fun to wanting to play for high school team or make a club team.
Training 2-3A little more focused session with a warm up off the ball and on the ball. Position specific drills. Then playing or fitness depending on level and age of the player.
Training 4-10Same as the first 3 with the addition of drills to do at home that you don’t need equipment for.
Training 11+Improvement towards whatever goal and ambition they had for starting out.
