Your first lessonWe begin with getting to know how our bodies move in space, how the ball moves, and how the ball is kicked.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ dive into fine tuning striking, defending, passing, and space creation. More specific game theory is introduced.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 start to look into playing space, different types of techniques for contacting the ball, and general spatial formation.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 begin to introduce moving with the ball, how we keep it close to our bodies, and how we see or create space.
