Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be about dribbling knowing the basics and change of direction
Lesson 11+We will use all of the skills learned and add each one into separate drills to test the players improvements.
Lesson 4-10We’ll then move into shooting and develop a great technique and where to place the ball when shooting.
Lesson 2-3As we get more comfortable with dribbling skills we will learn about passing and the different techniques like long passing and short quick passes
