Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI take my time to know the beginner and ask them what they know, if they have any questions in particular about the game and what they want to try out first whether a position they find interesting, or work on basic structure as in gaining confidence on a ball.
Training 2-3A beginner can expect on the second and third lessons a little more physical movement, pressure, and mental thinking where we would do lessons without the ball to adjust to the more physical aspect part of the game. From there, we can move onto building up confidence without the ball and gaming that mental part of the game to make great runs and movements.
Training 4-10Lessons four through 10 will be mostly about getting the ball and trying our best to master technique and skill and dominating with our strong foot to develop a confident structure to play in a position with the ball in feet and combining it with passing and adding shooting techniques along with real life, defensive pressure.
Training 11+A beginner with the remaining lessons will be adapting to every position of the game to understand the positions and comfortability they might have towards a position they like along with learning and doing different trainings, starting with picking up defensive end to having great vision and passing and ending with a strong sense of dribbling and finishing all mixed as if they were in a real life game to develop a stronger feel for their place style.
