Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will be diagnosing technical abilities and working on skills like passing, dribbling, and finishing! Goalkeepers will be learning and experimenting on differnt diving techniques. Also working on distribution and shot stopping.
Lesson 11+We will be critiquing and refining everything we have learned to be the best and be at the top of our game when its time to preform.
Lesson 4-10This is where we will be ramping up sessions and getting more intense with our drills and conditioning.
Lesson 2-3The next session will be more specific and tackling weaknesses such as weak foot and dribbling errors or even correcting finishing techniques.
What you need to bringSoccer players bring cleats and warm gear if cold. Goalkeepers bring gloves Ball recommended (Not required)
