Training 2-3By this time the athletes abilities will start to shape up so continuing to learn that
Training 4-10Now more focused on there specific needs for there talent and best position.
Training 11+Higher intensity of training there talent and building there skill set . Still focus on all round game as well so that they have better understanding of the game .
