Former professional player and USSF-licensed soccer coach with international experience in Spain, Qatar, and the U.S. I work with kids, teens, and adults in private and small-group sessions focused on technical ability, first touch, ball mastery, 1v1 play, decision-making, game IQ, speed, agility, and confidence. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI assess the player’s current level, coordination, first touch, passing, dribbling, and confidence. Then I introduce simple ball mastery drills and basic technique in a fun, structured way.
Lesson 2-3Players build comfort on the ball through first touch, dribbling, passing, receiving, turning, and basic 1v1 moves. The focus is confidence, repetition, and correct technique.
Lesson 4-10Players improve technical ability, ball control, first touch, passing accuracy, change of direction, speed, agility, and decision-making through more game-realistic drills.
Lesson 11+Players continue developing consistency, confidence, game IQ, 1v1 ability, movement, and match habits. Sessions become more challenging based on the player’s progress and goals.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI assess the player’s technical level, first touch, weak foot, passing range, dribbling, speed, decision-making, and game awareness. Then I design the session around their position and goals.
Lesson 2-3Players sharpen first touch, receiving under pressure, passing speed, 1v1 ability, movement off the ball, scanning, and faster decision-making in game-like situations.
Lesson 4-10Training becomes more intense with advanced technical work, position-specific drills, speed of play, combination play, finishing, defending habits, and realistic match scenarios.
Lesson 11+Players focus on consistency, game IQ, confidence, position-specific details, sharper execution under pressure, and habits that translate directly into higher-level matches.
Youth players
Working with kidsI keep sessions fun, simple, and high-energy while building strong fundamentals. Kids work on ball mastery, first touch, dribbling, passing, coordination, confidence, and basic game understanding through age-appropriate drills.
Working with teenagersI make sessions more intense, structured, and game-realistic. Teenagers work on technical ability, first touch, speed of play, 1v1 skills, decision-making, fitness, confidence, and position-specific habits.
