Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionI assess the player’s current level, coordination, first touch, passing, dribbling, and confidence. Then I introduce simple ball mastery drills and basic technique in a fun, structured way.
Training Session 2-3Players build comfort on the ball through first touch, dribbling, passing, receiving, turning, and basic 1v1 moves. The focus is confidence, repetition, and correct technique.
Training Session 4-10Players improve technical ability, ball control, first touch, passing accuracy, change of direction, speed, agility, and decision-making through more game-realistic drills.
Training Session 11+Players continue developing consistency, confidence, game IQ, 1v1 ability, movement, and match habits. Sessions become more challenging based on the player’s progress and goals.
Advanced training plan
Your first training sessionI assess the player’s technical level, first touch, weak foot, passing range, dribbling, speed, decision-making, and game awareness. Then I design the session around their position and goals.
