Your first lessonYour journey begins with a brief consultation to discuss your history with soccer and establish your personal goals. Through a targeted Q&A and basic baseline drills, I will evaluate your current coordination and technical understanding. This allows me to map out a customized "Player Roadmap" for our following sessions, ensuring we target your specific needs from day one.
Lesson 11+After 11+ sessions, players will have built a formidable foundation, with a much deeper understanding of the 'beautiful game.' Having ramped up the intensity of our training, players will now find themselves operating at a higher speed in every aspect of play. From scanning the field and faster decision-making to more refined ball contact, every touch and thought becomes more instinctive and purposeful.
Lesson 4-10By the tenth session, beginners will have significantly expanded their understanding of the game and their spatial awareness on the field. Having engaged in targeted drills for ten sessions, players will show measurable improvement in their technical skill, mental focus, and physical conditioning. At this milestone, our coaching shifts to prioritize refining each player's individual technique to ensure a strong competitive base.
Lesson 2-3These sessions focus on translating basic knowledge into muscle memory by introducing skills tailored to your natural aptitude, whether in defense, midfield, or attack. Following the philosophy that repetition is the mother of success, we prioritize high-volume drills to build a reliable technical base. We don't just practice the movements; we begin to explain the strategic purpose behind every touch on the ball.
