For the first session, I ask players to come with ONE goal they need to improve. We will begin by taking a baseline measurement of your aptitude and skill in the following areas: passing accuracy and strength, footwork, ball control, technicality and form, shooting accuracy and strength, speed, endurance, and mental strength. Each of these sections will be measured and compared in future sessions to track progress. We will end the session with the skill you want to improve the most followed by a cool down.
We begin with a light warm up (5-8min) an activity (15-20min), a technical skill building drill, (20 min) followed by a game- like scenario that works on the learned skill. (10-15 min)We end practice with a cool-down activity (5 min) and post-practice reflection (1-2 min) Sessions will continue in this fashion until the skill has been learned or the goal has been completed.
