I begin by doing a small player profiling. What is your end goal out of our lessons, what is your position or preffered position, what is the atmosphere like in your soccer setting, what are things i should know or do to better accommodate your learning style. I will also be observing your style of play and making a small grows and glows list based on how you perform.
After the 11th lesson, not only will we increase the difficulty, but most of the training will be based off of in game scenarios and how to deal with them as well as a high implementation on tactical knowdlege and how to adapt and be creative on the field.
At this point, the trainee will be practicing the different skill sets each day. We will start off with simple skills, but as the lessons increase, we will progressively increase the difficulty and foster growth.
By the second and third lessons, I would have developed a training inquiry based on the questions I had asked you and your goals. The training inquiry can go as far as what we are going to do in each lesson or beyond our training, and I can detail how you should be training individually. There will be different focuses for each training session designed to progressively increase your soccer knowledge and skills.
