Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLots of individual ball skills to focus on technique. Lots of vitamin ball work and learning how to properly strike a ball using the inside, and laces of the foot.
Lesson 2-3Weight of passes, accuracy of passes, using different surfaces of the foot, different types of passes.
Lesson 4-10Ball skills, different types of dribbling moves, ball control and knowledge of space around them on the field.
Lesson 11+How to play the correct type of pass (driven ball, chipped pass, long ball). Advanced ball skills to beat a defender. Proper defensive form and 1v1 offensive and defensive skills.
