Your first lessonGoal: Get comfortable with the ball and have fun.
Focus:
• Warm-up and stretching (5–10 min)
• Explain basic rules (no hands, direction of play, goals)
• Simple ball familiarity: toe taps, inside touches, dribbling in space
• Light passing with a partner (short distances)
Lesson 11+Goal: Bring it all together and assess growth.
Focus:
• Short warm-up review of all main skills (dribbling, passing, shooting)
• Fun skill challenges (e.g., who can do most touches in 30 sec)
• Full scrimmage
