Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionFirst and foremost, I evaluate how comfortable you feel with the ball. I evaluate you on several aspects such as technique, passing, receiving, scanning, finishing, communication and athleticism.
Training Session 2-3For the second and third session I prioritize your strengths because I want you to increase your confidence in the tools that are strongest.
Training Session 4-10Later into our sessions, we will then focus on weaknesses and see exactly how we can mitigate them and improve on them.
Training Session 11+From here, we are combining everything together, making drills as realistic as possible to what a game actually offers
What you need to bringStudents should have appropriate gear such as cleats with studs, water and maybe even a small snack like an energy bar. Other than that, you are free to wear any team jersey you want!
What I can bringI have size 5 balls and many cones. My sessions are simple and effective and are based off of drills I was given my professionals i have trained with.
