Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor our first lesson together we will zone in on you as a player, your playing background, your goals that you have with soccer, and what you think needs to be improved and/or changed in order to accomplish those goals. We’ll focus on a few specific things that you feel are holding you back as a player or things that you’d like to improve on.
Lesson 11+Again, being on a more personal level, we will continue working towards your goals with intensity.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will be used to round your game as flawlessly as we can possibly get it. At this point we will be on a much more personal level and I will more than likely be engaged in how you’re doing with your club/school.
Lesson 2-3For our following lessons we will develop a routine to begin making real improvements to your game. This will involve ensuring you are at high level fitness, mentally prepared, and getting you familiar and comfortable with high level adjustments to your game.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we will examine you as a player and person and determine what’s holding you back. This can be things on the field but also attitude problems, mentality problems, fitness issues, nutrition/hydration, etc. In order to be an elite player, you can’t just be elite on the field.
Lesson 11+Again we will be very familiarized with one another at this point and I will more than likely know you to the point where I know how you’re doing with your club/school. We’ll continue working on whatever it is that you need.
