I recently completed an 8 lessons, and it was an amazing experience! Coming into the program, I had some basic skills, but my coach really helped me improve in so many ways. Each session was challenging but fun, and I learned a lot about technique, strategy, and teamwork.
One of the best parts of the class was how encouraging and knowledgeable the coach was. They took the time to give individual feedback, making sure everyone understood how to improve their game. Whether it was dribbling, passing, or positioning, I felt like I got better each week

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis is all about YOUR development. We will establish what position you are training for & then get to work on the fundamentals that are required for said position. From there we will assess areas of opportunity & provide each other feedback on what we will work on next.
Lesson 11+Now we pull it all together. The fundamentals of your position, formations, styles of play, and you will have the confidence to tackle (pun intended) the field with the right combination of skills and mindset! Let’s do this!
Lesson 4-10We will now begin diving into the analytics, formations, and styles of play that you will see in your time as an athlete. Here we will get into HOW to play the game.
Lesson 2-3Moving into week 2 and 3 we will focus on our feedback from our first session and being capitalizing on the skills requiring more attention.
