Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I focus on getting to know the student, assessing their current skill level, and introducing basic drills in passing, dribbling, and control in a fun and comfortable way.
Lesson 11+By this stage, we focus on consistency, decision-making, and advanced ball control. Students will practice in match-style scenarios to prepare for real games and improve overall performance.
Lesson 4-10Students will begin learning positioning, basic tactics, and combination play. We’ll add shooting practice, game-like situations, and encourage creativity with the ball.
Lesson 2-3We’ll build on the basics with more structured drills to improve ball control, short passes, and dribbling under pressure, while boosting confidence and coordination.
