Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, I will conduct a bit of an interview. Things like what kind of player you are, your position, what you want to improve and who you are as a person! We’ll run through stretches and some light jogging to warm up and get into looking at your proficiency in different areas. I want to try and make my lessons as specific to my trainee as possible so after the exam we’ll look into techniques to help their play style.
Lesson 11+I don’t want my trainee to feel the need to stay with me. If they outgrow we then I want them to be able to move on and seek betterment elsewhere! But if they wish to stay we will work on all over game knowledge and tactical play as well. We can improve across all areas of the game!
Lesson 4-10Perfect practice makes perfect play! We would be working on retaining and practicing what we honed in on in the first few sessions. Whether it was 1, 2, or 3 different areas of play in concern I’ll do my best to see an improvement! Practice as usual!
Lesson 2-3After the first session, it would come down to seeing how quick of an improvement is made and learning how my trainee learns. I would double back with them on how they feel with the technique and changes I am making the their play style and listen to any questions or concerns. And then run training as usual!
